Starting is simple. Once we have your authorisation, we will define your needs and pay-run schedule. Your employees' data will be securely input, and we'll process your payroll in compliance with statutory obligations.
We calculate salaries, wages, holiday pay, bonuses and other payments. It helps if you keep us abreast of any changes, new starters, leavers and bonuses.
Payslips and P45s
We generate payslips for your employees, and send them to you via email along with the summaries. Please note that we no longer print and mail payslips.
We manage the monthly submission to HMRC of your RTI report. This comprises the PAYE information for all your employees.
P60s & year-end reports
We prepare year-end P60s for your employees, summarising their total earnings and deductions for the year. Additionally, we compile year-end reports for HMRC.
For weekly or monthly run payrolls, we charge a basic fee of £15 plus £1.80 per employee. Extra services, such as preparation of P11D benefits-in-kind forms, are charged as required. Please contact us for these prices.
PENSIONS: We can help upload and submit data to your staff pension scheme, but the scheme itself will need to be registered and updated by you.

After starting out in administrative and accountancy roles within a broad field of businesses, Didi transitioned into company payroll processing in the early 'noughties'.
